These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of services provided by Nexture Service (“Nexture”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our platform www.nextureservice.com (the “Website”) and via WhatsApp-based booking (collectively, the “Platform”). By booking or using any services provided by Nexture Service, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services Offered
Nexture is a platform that enables customers to discover and book various home-based and personal care services such as cleaning, babysitting, elder care, beauty treatments, and more (“Nexture Services”). At present, all service bookings are accepted only through WhatsApp. These services are provided by trained and independent third-party service professionals (“Service Providers”) registered with us. Nexture does not directly offer or perform these services and shall not be liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of the services provided by the Service Providers.
2. Booking and Cancellations
All service bookings must be made via our official WhatsApp number. Customers are advised to provide accurate information including name, location, and service details to avoid delays or issues in service execution.
Services can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Any cancellations beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment for the booked service is required in advance. This payment must be completed before the service provider arrives. In case the service requires any additional parts, consumables, or other components not included in the base service, these must be paid for separately and directly to the vendor at the time of service.
Payment methods accepted include UPI, bank transfer, or other online methods as communicated by Nexture during booking.
4. Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to treat Service Providers with respect and provide a safe environment for them to perform their tasks. Any misconduct or safety concerns should be reported to us at support@nxture.in. Users found misbehaving or violating these standards may be restricted or banned from using the Platform.
5. User Content and Feedback
Users may post feedback or reviews related to services they’ve received. By posting such content, you grant Nexture a license to use, display, and share it as needed for improving service quality and marketing purposes. You are responsible for the content you post, and we reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nexture is only a facilitator and not the provider of services. We do not assume any responsibility for the conduct, quality, or actions of Service Providers. Any disputes or issues arising from the services must be resolved between you and the Service Provider. Nexture’s total liability in any event shall be limited to the commission earned on the particular booking.
7. Data Use and Privacy
Nexture collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and usage of your data for service fulfillment, customer support, and marketing purposes. We may share your information with Service Providers, affiliate partners, or law enforcement, where legally required.
8. Terms Review and Updates
These Terms are valid until further notice. However, all Terms and Conditions will be revised and updated once our full website or mobile application is launched. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the latest applicable terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, software, and trademarks on the Platform are owned or licensed by Nexture. You may not use any part of our intellectual property without express written consent.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion if we find a breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or any other unlawful activity. You may also deactivate your account by contacting us.
11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
